M1 Investment Group is an organization consisting of a qualified group of Investors that have the ability to invest in Land Deals presented by M1 Investments Ltd. Once qualified by M1 Investments Ltd (qualification procedure is described below), you will become a member of M1 Investment Group. M1 Investment holds monthly socials, seminars, dinners and trip to allow for networking amongst its members. A website has been developed to provide up-to-date and immediate information for its members. The primary duties of the M1 Investment Group is to:

• Organized a qualified group of investors (i.e. members)
• Communicates to the members on a regular basis
• Host investor social and seminars
• Promote Networking
• Maintain an informational website

About M1 Investments Ltd

M1 Investments Ltd has three principal partners, collectively holding the following active licenses and titles: 2-lawyers, 1-CPA, 2-MBAs, 1-Realtor and 1-Notary. M1 Investments Ltd is a Nevada Limited-Liability Company. It is the vehicle that is used to:

• Locate, identify and secure all Land Deals and place all deposits.
• Structure the property and investment profile of every Land Deal
• Disseminate information to prospective Investors regarding every Land Deal
• Qualify Potential Investors
• Create a Nevada LLC for every Land Deal
• Manage every Land Deal LLC for a minimum of three years
• Establish an interest bearing bank account for each Land Deal.
• Obtain a TIN for the Land Deal LLC from the IRS
• Account for all monies received by Investors
• Account for all payments made on behalf of the Land Deal LLC (annual real property taxes and other business expenses)
• Facilitate the preparation and filing of annual tax returns (all costs will be capitalized and each Partner will receive a K1)
• Coordinate and attend all meetings between the Land Deal LLC Members whenever issues relating to the Land Deal LLC need to be discussed, and prepare meeting minutes
• Make all necessary tax payments and other business related expenses
• Assist with closing of the land acquisition

Compensation

M1 Investments Ltd will receive one set fee for its services as Manager for up to three years. After the third year, the fees will be evaluated and determined based on the current market conditions. The compensation for each deal may vary based on the size and scope of each deal.
