Why Golden Valley, Arizona?
  • Next to Kingman, Arizona (Closest major city to the Hoover Dam/Las Vegas)
  • One of the first areas with privately owned land for sale ater crossing the dam.

  • 15-20 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada which is a "friendlier small town gaming, dining and entertainment destination" already popular as a regular vacation and weekend spot for many Californians and other visitors nationwide who don't care for the Vegas hustle and bustle. Also the same distance to Lake Mohave and the Colorado River for fishing, boating and family recreation.
  • Almost all of Golden Valley has a 1-acre minimum home site stipulation. This attracts many homebuyers, like myself, who prefer to live with a little or a lot of space around them. It is also a must for the families with horses who can also enjoy the miles of BLM land which is interspersed amongst the private land.
  • It is already a major thoroughfare from East to West with the original Route 66 passing through it. Highway 68 is the central thoroughfare providing a direct link from Interstate 40 through Kingman into the Colorado River basin and Laughlin/Bullhead City.
  • The climate is very similar to Las Vegas at an elevation of 2500' but it tends to stay a bit cooler in the summer and it also averages 10-15 degrees cooler than the Bullhead City/Laughlin area. This brings us many homebuyers who work in that area but enjoy the more moderate climate we offer to live in.
  • Commercial and residential prices are still bargain priced compared to surrounding communities.
  • Golden Valley has been "discovered" as recent price increases indicate a momentum toward continued development in the area.
  • I have personally assisted many individuals and investors in the purchase of properties which have multiplied up to 10 times their value within a 2-3 year period. There is still a lot of room for growth and I would encourage anyone that has the ability to invest in this area to do so now, you will be glad you did.
